breathing?

Stopped in the local grocery store n Custer, SD. At the check out I asked the girl how her day was to which she said better than yesterday. When I asked her what happened yesterday she replied that she couldn't breathe through her face. I asked her where she was breathing from if not her face and she said her ears, that's why her hair was pulled away from her ears. And that my friends is the TRUTH.

Hey, making fun of the folks in the state of my legal residence!! Years ago, we were in Harpers Ferry WV, and drove down to Martinsburg, into the LOWES. Wife wanted new handles for the fifth wheel (our 2002), needed about 5 less than came in a box so bought a box. Got to the register, gal ran up $2.95 plus change, I said I thought it was $2.95 per handle not the whole box (40), and she told me not to tell her to do her job, so I walked out paying 2.95 plus change for 40 handles.

As a fellow South Dakotan, I'm glad to hear that young lady was at least still breathing through her head. . .

c214dick, that is too funny. I admire the sense of humor of that girl. Obviously, she must get asked this question by frequent, arbitrary visitors and has come up with some clever come-back answers. Her first answer is, "better than yesterday", then if you bite and ask why, well then she's got you!
