2016 High Country Broken Wall Studs

My 2016 305RL HC has been nothing but problems. I recently just took a trip in it and noticed the whole wall moving when pulling the living room slide out. The dealer that I bought it from sold me the "Diamond" extended warranty that apparently doesn't cover the framing. So my 5th wheel has been in the shop for almost 2 months so they could weld the studs back and install extra stiffeners so it doesn't happen again. All at my expense of course. While fixing the wall, they noticed that the back wall was soaked. My A/C also had the typical HC issue where it would leak down through the vents. I certain that this is where the water came from. So, we had to wait until Keystone had a wall to send us. When we got it, it wasn't even glued together correctly and it was not the right size (so much for giving your VIN # to ensure you get the right parts). Not a good experience and I won't make this mistake twice. Angry in KY!

Sorry about your experience and I don’t blame you for being more than angry.

Where do you go from there. Being angry doesn’t improve the problem. Form a plan and get everything fixed and move on. Being angry only hurts you not Keystone.
