Cool Winterizing washer water lines

I’m winterizing my 2016 High Country and all went very smooth until I tried to get antifreeze to come through the washer connection. waited and waited but no pink stuff ever materialized as it did at all other faucets etc. is there shut off behind the basement wall. I’m second owner, neither I or first owner had a washer installed. any hints will be appreciated.

Some folks, that don't have a washer, have installed a shut off to keep water from going bad in a dead end line. Depending on where your lines run you may have to trace them back and see if the former owner did that.
