Power switch for kitchen ceiling fan on 3791RD

As a newby in a 2018 3791RD I cannot get my ceiling light a fan to work in my kitchen. Anyone know where the power switch is for it. The pull chains don't work. Could they have forgotten to wire it?

it is a switch in the cabinet by teh door. where you check your levels.
if it is like ours.

Most of the time it is a full size rocker switch in the cabinet that is unmarked. It is much bigger than any of the other switches.

Thanks to all. It was the rocker switch in the light switch compartment. I never recognized that black rectangle as being a switch. It is too dark in there anyway.

So glad I found the MOC to assist me. Hopefully I will be helping others in a few months.
