Furnace issue

We have a 2022 3121RL Legacy with IN-Command system. When we have our Gas Furnace on, air comes from AC vents. Does anyone know what could be causing this?
Thanks in advance

It sounds like the fan is either on low or high, instead of auto. I don't have the In Command system, but that's the only way mine will do what you describe.

Thanks for reply. Yes, seems to work on Auto.

With iN·Command if you want furnace only, set to gas and fan off.

Also if there is 3 degree difference in room temperature and set point both furnace and heat pump will run.

Yes, per M&M, it is designed that when furnace is on gas and fan is on auto, hi or low, the heat pump fan will circulate the air. The reason we know is when we were boondocking, we were using more battery than an identical rig next to us. After talking to Keystone, they confirmed that is the proper operation. So, when boondocking with furnace on, we have to set fan to off.

I have same unit. Ac is also a heat pump. I know because it cost me twice as much as just ac.

If boondocking, only the furnace fan can run. The furnace fan operates on 12 volts. The heat pump fan cannot operate UNLESS there is a source of 120 volts to the camper. The heat pump components (compressor and fan motor) only operate on 120 volts.

Fire station 12, many of us have AC throughout even while Boondocking, either via generator or our electrical system being inverted.
