Volunteers
We need volunteers to organize the meet and greet and the pot luck dinner. Vickie and Jim and Larry and Pat will host the hot dog and hamburger supper. They will all be held in the air conditioned pavilion next to the office. We also need a volunteer for the evening campfires if we decide to have them. It's going to be a bit warm so we'll play that by ear. In addition, if anyone has some firewood they can spare, we won't need to purchase any.

Jim- If you can get the florescent balloons it could be fun to do at night.  Actually it would be fun to do anytime!

Jim...what is your thought about transporting firewood from VA to SC?...any restrictions down there? I may be able to bring some...we are not from a restricted area in VA...as of yet anyway...we will arrive Friday afternoon hopefully by 2-3 pm
