Flat head Fred
Poor Freddie, his life has been defined by his appearance. Flat head, flat feet….
Even as a baby, other parents secretly wondered if poor Freddy had been dropped on his head… The sad fella hasn’t had a pleasant life, anything he touches turns flat, flat beer, flat sodas.
He carries 3 spare tires in his trunk.
Freddie’s favorite foods? Pizza…Pancakes…Flour tortillas.
Freddie did not do well in school, he just couldn’t get around admitting the earth’s true shape…
Freddy still drives the old Ford Flathead, when he can keep the tires up.
When Freddie found out about the new television screen models he was one of the first to buy them.
Freddy’s wife… yep, she is.
Oh, I didn’t mention it before, he is from Kansas

I love Ford Flatheads. Had a 48, two 49s, and a 50. Sure wish I could reach back in time and get one of those cars back, and be able to change the spark plugs with a crescent wrench! Neighbor up the street has a 49 Ford Pickup, but wants $35,000 for it. I paid $250 for my first 49 when I was 15 years old.

Ozz sounds as if he's suffering from cabin fever already and he's been home ... what? ... 2 maybe 3 weeks? It's no darn wonder Sue puts little ovals with a hole in them on a string all day. I sure hope there's an opening at the home soon. Ozz is gonna be planted (with coordinates of course) next to the distinguished matron with the GPS in one hand; wrench in the other all the while showing Ozz how to bake mussels with caramel sauce and leek coulis.

I think you have me down pretty well I am a nut-job, what you see is what you get with me. My Geocaching hobby is just a diversion that keeps me from doing what I should do, but.. I think today, I will be installing ladder racks, tool boxes, HVAC tools in the truck and taking inventory of all the A/C units in the shop garage. Time to hit it.
This miserable, disgusting, humid weather here in Missouri will be good for my trade. Have to 'hit it' for a few month's then be a nuisance in Arizona come October.

Ozz, you should be out in the Nevada desert with Don (nailbender) and I geocaching. We got 450 yesterday, 1000 in the last 3 days and having a ball.

WOW! you guys are covering some ground! I do miss the Desert, it must be 100% humidity here. All we have been doing is working around the house, I have done a little Geocaching here, met some neat people, so that is good.
Got the RV toolbox pulled out of the truck, got the ladder racks mounted, now I'm cleaning out the big work tool box so I can install it in the truck. I have about 10 A/C units and furnaces I need to sell and get out of the shop.
It will be October before I know it and I will be back in Arizona.
Have fun and stay safe out there.

We will try and meet up with you guys next winter while we are at Q. We are moving north today and won't have cell or internet for a few days. Stay safe and don't work (there's that word again) to hard. Rich
