DNS Cache

When I try to "Repair my Wireless Connection" it fails due to "Clearing the DNS Cache". How do I go about doing this?????

Thanks in advance. BTW, I WiFi on my laptop off of our Top Global router, hard wired to my desktop. I can repair that connection and it works fine.

Just my laptop seems to be persnickety.....
