1. Interior rear wall nails popping below window and damaging wallpaper
2. Rear window Day Shade will not stay down (72.75” shade) and Side window shade - Day shade does not stop. Night shade rattles on RHS (broken plastic?) (60.5” shade)

- In place of item 2 could the techs repair our power cord reel and switch?

We have an update to our request since our original submission

The window over the kitchen range top is leaking in various spots. We have also found one of the screws is actually “sheared” iff and was laying in the windiw area. This needs priority attention as water is coming in onto the range top and counter top area.
