Slider opens while extending jacks

We encountered a strange thing while we were hooking up our fifth wheeler. While extending our front jacks the slider began opening. This happened again when we were unhitching at campsite. Did anyone have this issue before? Thank you for any ideas on what may be causing this to happen.

I'm assuming it is hydraulic jacks and slides. The hydac valve controlling your slide may be opened a bit manually or there may be some trash in the line allowing fluid to pass. Look for the hydraulic manifold in the front bay near the pump. The below pic is what mine looks like. On the bottom of each valve is a hex screw to open the valve manually. Make sure they are tight.

My recollection is those manual valves (hex screws) are closed by turning counterclockwise. Please double check.
