Great Service
Just wanted to throw out a good story as we hear so many bad ones.
Went this morning for our walk through and to take delivery of our new 3121RL. Dealer was ready to go at 9:00 as expected. Had a fantastic and very detailed run down of everything on the camper.. Finally left and pulled her home. Unhitched and leveled her up, went to hook up the main power cord to plug her in and the inner part of the receptacle would spin and move making it very difficult to twist the plug into the correct position and screw the collar down. One call to my sales guy and a friendly fellow from the service dept was dispatched for the 1 hour ride to our home with a new plug.
The original one the internal screws were stripped likely from being over tightened and cracked the plastic around them. They took care of it fast as possible with apologies. Thats great service..
