I had communication this morning from Kristin at Burlington Graphics. She said I could pass on her name and e-mail to anyone needing help with their Montana Graphics:

She has been very helpful to us. She had most of our graphics in stock and sent them at no charge to us. The ones for which they had to set up special production were charged at a reasonable fee still with no shipping fee.

She also sent us a guide for placement with corresponding numbers.

Thank you for the e-mail address as the graphics on our cap and the spelling on the bedroom slide is peeling, but the rest of the graphics seem to be okay.

I would agree that Kristen is a super person to work with. The front graphics on our 2008 model 3075 are bad. I sent her an email regarding the issue on Sat before Memorial Day Weekend and she replied the day after the holiday. They are sending us a new set of front graphics.

They do request some information, especially on newer units. She requested photos of the problem, date of manufacture and I also sent the VIN number.

It would be great if all the suppliers for Montana were as cordial, prompt & helpful as the folks at Burlington Graphics. They appear to me to be a super company.
