Shower Stall '05 Mountaineer

The shower feels like it is an insert over another hard shell, does that make sense? Does this require any special maintenance.
I want to install a soap dispenser, is it ok to screws thru this material?

I wouldn't...those liquid dispensers come with double stick, and mine has been in place for two years. During winter storage, I will remove the bottles to relieve the weight, but it hasn't come loose yet on me yet.

I definately would not drill or screw into the shower wall , you don't want any water to get back behind there.
