Great Keystone customer service

I must give credit where due. We tend to beat up on manufactures for defects in our units but never give them credit when they deserve it. Well Keystone came to the plate and hit a home run for me. After getting little resolve from my dealer and them telling me this was the best they could do per Keystone. I decided to contact Keystone myself. After discussing my issue with customer care they said they would get back to me. With in ten minutes they called me back to say they had authorized the dealer to make the nessary repairs.

Thank you Keystone

Too many naysayers. We tell other RVers all the time how great Keystone Customer Service is BUT having dealt with other mfgs they find it very hard to believe.
It is always great to hear when Keystone has come up to the plate and hit a home run but of course we have come to expect this.

Exactly one of the primary reasons why next week we take delivery of Montana number three.

See another Montana or Mountaineer on the road? Flash lights twice, it might be one of us!

Negative post about Keystone customer service on this forum are in the great minority a few yes but not many and some of those were suspect. The primary reason we have a keystone/Montana over comparable brands is the excellent customer service in all respects. There are few nay sayers when it comes to customer service. Quality and wormanship is another story and is a industry wide issue. Knowing that we would no doubt be faced with"little things" related to workmanship issues made choosing Keystone/Montana and their excellent customer service a no brainer. Keystone Montana are absolutly # 1 in customer service..now to work on Quality..

Well, I guess I am again on the minority side.

As many of you may recall, when I received my 3400 last year, they had just started putting the Mission ST tires on. Since these tires were a tad shorter (not quite as big around) it caused the front of the trailer to ride a tad high. I had many discussions with CS and finally with one of the straw bosses, Craig was his name. He basically told me the fix was the upcoming Mor-ryde suspension, and since they were not going to retrofit my Nov. 2006 Monty to fix the problem, I could either buy bigger tires, buy a new lower hitch, or just be happy.

On the other hand, they did agreed to fix my ladder by sending out replacement rungs, based solely upon the photo I sent.

Assuming both incidents were of equal value, I guess that means they are batting .500 in my book.
