More snow

Just when I could see the jack plates we get another 10" of snow and high winds. 5 and 6 foot drifting. Not nice.

Not again for you folks!!! We are being pleasantly lulled into thinking it's spring but I really don't think winter is done with us yet!!!

Joe-- Keep it up there will you!!??!! We've finally got rid of ours and the temps are more like late spring than the last few days of winter here in Nebraska. I'm sure we will get something yet, BUT it will melt real quick and we can start working on the yard and the Monte. Have already seen a few fivers out on the road here but don't know where they were headed or coming back from! Just wait and it will eventually warm up to use that rig!!

It's snowing here as I type. South of Boston, supposed to be rain, wet snow. We had the rain, now snow. More than an inch on the ground that was pretty much unexpected. It won't last, not this time of year, but now it just moves everything back. I was hoping to take the Montana out at the end of the month. Get an early start on things. Now I just hope to be able to walk over there and putz around a little, maybe remove the cover, before the end of the month. We'll see........

woke up this morning with 14" of fresh white stuff. We have had over 7' of snow this year to date and another storm later this week. I may be able to get the monty out for a May/June trip. A fire in the wood stove, food in the freezer, drink in the cabinet, mix in the fridge, ATV in the garage with broken axle, 325' drive way with over 2 feet of snow. I think we are here for a while. Hope my neighbours backhoe is operational.

All I can say is WOW!!! I suppose the ATV axle broke from pushing all that snow and what are things going to be like with a quick melt??? Start building an ark perhaps.

Pay back late this pm. Young fellow down the rd. realized that I was not shoveled out as I am normally the first one.Had helped him out once or twice when he was a teen ager, He brought up his bobcat with a snow blower on it and went through the 7' foot drifts like butter. We are able to get out of the driveway. another storm forecast for the weekend. Just what we need.
