It looks like the internationL airport is real close, how about the air-traffic noise? Maybe you would be lucky and the planes would be landing North/South.

One thing about Tucson, stay anywhere near I-10 and it will take a while to get used to the train noise.

We're currently in Tucson staying at the Rincon Country West RV Resort. Nice place, all the amenities, gated community, airplane noise is infrequent at best. The park is part RV, where we're staying. We've got a concrete picnic table and a great shade tree - there aren't too many shade trees in the RV part. The rest of the park has park models, the overwhelming of which are currently empty since this is a destination resort for snow birds.

Here's their website:

If you are in Tucson, don't miss Tombstone!

Lots to do in that area - too much. Can't speak to Mission RV, we stayed at Voyager. But the Sonoran Desert Museum, Tombstone, Titan Missile Museum, Pima Air Museum, Saguro NP, and St. Xavier de Baca Mission were all great. Had a good time there. Enjoy your trip.
