Here's a first for me....we are doing Bison burgers on the grill tonite...had Bison steaks a couple of nights ago.....they were good....leaner than beef ..... so now we are trying burgers.

Went to a Rodeo last night....that was fun and another first....love
Montana.....we have also had a bear visitor the last three nights...had the dog crazy the first night. Seems one of the campers left their cooler out and the bear had a field day opening a can of dog food...after the incident with the hiker the other day...we are all getting paranoid...and rightly so. Finally got to see a real cowboy!!

Well, burgers were wonderful...really liked it...I liked it better than
bison steaks.......Paul thinks it may have been the cut of the steak
I don't know. IMHO the Burgers were better......

We are in Custer now and will be for the next week.. We are just outside of the Custer State Park at Custer Gulch.. Will be doing the Sturgis Canyon( love that one) one day and Deedwood/Leeds another day and Custer State Park almost everyday.. If anyone wants to get together, send an e-mail or PM

Helen

Oh, and the winery's too. Can't forget them.
