Now he/she is visiting the front porch!!!
The dumpster-diving bear apparantly is getting more acclimated with the office on the mountain. Now we have to look outside before leaving the office for safety reasons. Here is the evidence, first pic is the front porch to the office:

My strategy is even simpler. Everyone has been instructed to travel in pairs for safety reasons. As long as I pair up with an athletically-challenged (slow) person, I am in good shape. That way if the bear is there, I don't have to worry about outrunning the bear, just the slower person with me!!!!! (Before I get lambasted as being excessively cruel, I must clarify that this plan results from a perk of being in management.......Kidding folks )

A lot of people are out of work right now. Hire some interns and use them as bear bait. You'd probably have to pay them pretty well though.
