We have used our JT's jack stabilizers with great success, we love them and would never go back to a tripod. We have a very good friend that swears by his tripod. He has a rear entry Challenger and when sitting inside the thing swings and sways all over the place. I have gotten queasy in there several times. This rig is longer and has one more slide than theirs and is a lot more stable with the JT's. We would never be without them again. Dave and Betsy

I wish I was close enough to those that were giving away their tripods when I bought mine! Seriously though, I use mine all the time, and feel that it helps. The search for solutions for no movement at all is futile, but to manage it effectively requires the couple of options previously mentioned; I just started with the least expensive first.

I'm also a huge fan of the JT stabilizers. I installed mine myself and just got rid of my tripod. By attaching to the rig, I don't have anything to store or take up space in my TV. Just my opinion - one of many...
