374 high country

So I ordered a 374 high country and want a morryde pin box. Got an email from keystone saying it would void warranty. You have to be kidding me so I have to live with the chucking and banging of a stock pin box.

Call Lippert, they made the frame.

pin box by Lippert

My 3921FB was manufactured Nov 15, 2017, and it has a Road Armor Trailair Rota-Flex pin box by Lippert. The sales brochures at the the time still listed Morryde pin boxes...which looks and functions just like the Road Armor from what I can tell. Seems that at some point on the assembly line they changed to Lippert products...which means they got a better bulk price from Lippert.

When they say "warranty will be voided" - maybe the message is "you don't get to choose pin box A, B or C - you get the Road Armor pin box. Aftermarket pin boxes are your choice."

We have a mountaineer and i changed from the standard pin to the morryde and love it. Keep the stock pin box and if you have any issues then change it back.

Another negative example of Keystone customer support.

The pin box I seen on the other high country they have was a basic. My morryde is only 12inchs wide this is 12-1/2. They said any additions or modifications to the unit will void any issues that will arrive.
