Mosquitos eat me alive too! I feel your pain. I find that chigarid put on them will stop the itch. As will Caladryl. It's basically clear Calamine lotion that dries with a film over the bug bite. You'd probably get the same effect from just painting clear nail polish over them. I've tried everything, vinegar, oatmeal baths, calamine lotion, etc. No luck till the Chigarid or Caladryl.

And I always wear 99% DEET outside. I know it's bad for me, but I hate being bitten.
