Keystone is notorious for poor warranty response even when you are within the warranty period. We had ours repaired at RV Corral in Eugene, Oregon. $700 (which was 1/10th what we were quoted at a local dealer). This was on the #1 kitchen slide. Bottom exterior skirting was removed, and a reinforcing plate was welded to the wall stud and sill. Excess drag on the slide causes excess tension on the cable. On our #1 slide the material on the slide bottom was torn, causing the slide to retract slowly. The shop installed something called “Slick Slide” or “Slide Slick”, which is a stainless steel plate, screwed to each side on the bottom of the slide.
