Component Question

Hello everyone.... Question.

I have a "new to me" 2020 330RL High Country, and if your walking into the bedroom... on the celling there is a white device that seems to be missing half of it. Looks like it something slides into it? It has a what looks to be a USB port on the front, and a data type port on the other side. Its definitely OEM, as I pulled it down to see the wiring behind it. And there is about 6 plus wires running through the ceiling to it.

The consigner dealer didn't know what it was, and I spoke to Keystone Customer support, but haven't heard back yet. Just Curious if any one here knows what it is?

Thank you all for your time in advance! Steve

If that is near where the ceiling vent is located, that might be the prep for an air conditioner. Our rig was ordered with the A/C from the factory, so don't have whatever they would install for the prep.

To post a photo, click on the paperclip symbol, and another small window pops up where you can browse the photos on your computer or phone and upload them to the message.

Unless they have drop the price for the service Furrion is not a good deal. My recently traded 2020 3791RD came with the same. I ordered the male portion, ($250+) the monthly service for 15mb was around $75/month. Poor streaming! I had to chose ATT or Verizon for service.
Two months later I stopped the service. There are better options for internet service. Call Furrion and ask questions.

It should have had a plastic cover on it with the Furrion router info. As Rick said, it is WAY overpriced for what you get. I ended up tapping into mine prewire to gain access to the antenna wiring and 12v power for our AT&T wireless router.
