She's here. 2020 3790RD Legacy

After all that has transpired, we decided to trade our 2016.5 3790 and order a new one. Then the factory shut down a day after it was completed and was finally delivered to our dealer today. We got a sneak peak at her today, walk through tomorrow and take her home Saturday.

Congrats! Very nice. We have a 2019 3791RD. I didn't know they started putting windows in the backsplash over the stove. I like that. It adds more light.

Nice, is the molded rear cap no longer part of the Legacy package?

It's not available on the 3790rd because of the rear storage.

Mine doesn't have it either. I thinks it is because of the rear garage door and slide out tray.

I don't think they have designed a cap that incorporates that storage door arrangement. I would be a one of a kind as all the other floorplans can use the same cap. And it would be huge.

She's finally home! Started with the LED lights in the basement to brighten things up a bit, hung my magnetic bars for access to essential tools and started the loading process.

I like your trailer covering - is there a maker you went with? I am looking for one for my 3791RD.

I got it from Athens Metal Products in Bogart, GA, but they buy the materials from a national or regional seller I'm sure.

I have a 2016 3791RD with no major problems like you had.

Sincerely hope your new one doesn’t give you the headaches your last one did.

Did it come from the factory with the Trailair, or did you add it? I added one to our trailer mainly to try to avoid what you have gone through, but it looks like it didn't work. Do the tools stay on the magnetic bar over our rough roads? Good luck with your new trailer. I haven't looked at the new ones but somewhere was told, I think at the rally last year, that they have made the area under the front slides taller to try to eliminate the fame issue in that area.

I added the TrailAir pin box to help with the jolt of bridge expansion joints, which it does. As for the tools, I haven't had any of them fall as I doubled the bars, but I have knocked them down while moving things in and out of the unit, but only the Crescent Wrench had fallen, but that was a single bar then.

Thank you. I hope this one is much better as well.

As for the area under the bedroom slide, it is much larger. You can see it in the pic here.
