Not too much here in RI. You could try Normandy Farms in Foxboro, MA. Pricey but has three pools, exercise room, etc. About a half-hour from Prov. Not my type of campground (I like the great outdoors) but my wife likes it. Hard to get into though...books out quickly. Aside from that, there are a couple of places in MA worth looking at but I haven't stayed at them.

Another nice campground near Providence is Plymouth Rock KOA in Middleboro, MA. Not as pricy as Normandy Farms in Foxboro, and has nice sites, and near tourist areas. Right on Rt. 44.
Good luck

I almost forgot, there is a great campgroound about 15 miles or so from Providence in Bellingham, MA. It's called Circle CG campground, and is one of the nicest in the area. Just up route 495 at exit 17. They have great pull-thrus, and a real nice safari field, plus plenty of "woodsey" sites.
