Bentsen Palm Village RV Park, Mission, Tx

Heading for South Texas, Mission area this winter and found this Park in our research. Anyone have experience here ?, Any pro or Con advice appreciated.
The Park looks well planned, organized, and moderately priced.

Take a look under the Forum for Rio Grand Valley in the Clubs section. Lots of info on it there. I think you are going to find it is full.

Nice park, we are going to stay there this winter, God Willing and the Creek don't rise. Make that Fuel don't rise no more!

We have not stayed there before, but have visited the park. Other MOC members have stayed there and reported favorably about it.

I just checked out their website, $275 per month for a 6 month stay plus electricity. Seems really good to me, and the pictures show a really nice park. Now come on lotto so I too can be a snowbird.

Thanks for the tip on the RGV Club section and other comments. We were able to book a pull thru site on-line for two months (Dec/Jan), Feb was full. Maybe they'll free up a spot for Feb by the time we get there.

We're staying there in Jan/Feb as noted in our PM discussion. Looks like I told you one thing wrong, though. I said Countryguy stayed there last year. I see I'm wrong about that but they'll be there this coming winter. Another of our members stayed there last year and highly recommended it. I hear there are quite a number of good choices in rv parks in the area. This will be our first time that far south. By land transportation anyhow.
