Progressive EMS Problem Fixed!!

I have a portable Progressive 50 amp EMS and during our recent trip it went bad. I plugged it into the electrical pedestal when we arrived at a campground and it wouldn't let power through. It was showing crazy information in the display and trouble codes. I called Progressive and explained the problems to them. They said ship it back to them and they would take care of everything and I should have it back in 2 weeks.

Well, they did exactly that and when we got home there was our repaired EMS looking good as new and the BEST part....No Charge!! Nice knowing a company really does stand behind their product and warranties. Highly recommend Progressive Industries products to everyone.

The only worry I had was finishing our trip without any electrical protection.

Let me tell you about another one. About two years ago I ordered a wireless backup camera from Tadi Brothers. The transmitter and receiver wasn't strong enough for reliable use so I called them and they had a better system so I said send it to me. I tried to give them my card number they said no charge. Last week about two years after I got the unit I called about an extension cord for the unit. The lady ask what length I needed. They had 15, 35, 50 and 75 foot ones. I told her a 35 foot one would be nice. She said thank you no charge we will ship it to you.

No charge, that's why you should buy Progressive. They have the best warranty and service going.

I've always Progressive based on their reputation for service. Glad to hear another instance of them doing something right.I bought a progressive EMS to replace their surge protector I was using before I knew about EMS's. I've kept the surge protector just in case I ever have to send the EMS back in.

Glad it worked out well for you Scott. I would expect no less from Progressive.
I too had a positive experience with Progressive. When I was installing the hard wired unit into my RV, I was having trouble and called their tech support on a holiday weekend. I left a message and was called back within the hour and the tech walked me through the fix and resolved the issue. Never had a problem with the EMS since. All my future power management needs will be with this company. They do business the way it should be done. I recommend them and their products.

The only thing they requested was I send a copy of the original receipt of purchase showing I am the original owner. Had to do some digging through paperwork to find it but glad I saved it.

I had a problem with our 50 amp., had it for about 6 started to trip out for low voltage when it was not low.
They sent me a new upgraded board, no cost. Works great again.
Good people to work with.
