Question about rules for this part of the forum

I am trying to sell my Montana.

I came here hoping to post it here among other Montana lovers. However I noticed in the forum description, "No commercial advertising" allowed.

I still own my RV but it is currently being consigned by a local dealership for me. It is sitting on their lot. I am a bit frustrated with how long it is taking so I thought I might try to help get my RV sold by spreading the word about it. If I were to post a link to the webpage for my RV on their site would that be "commercial advertising"?

Please advise.

Go ahead and post your Montana for sale with the link. My understanding is that the dealer can not post a link as he is the commercial advertiser. If I am wrong about this I hope an Administrator will correct me.

List it here. You are a Montana owner and a member of this forum. List away. It is advisable to post a price also, for help to determine this you could go to the NADA page or some other sales page to get an idea of the correct price. As Doug says, post away........Good Luck!!!!

DHenry and exav8tr are right. This forum is for private sales not commercial sales. There is no problem with you listing your Montana or any rv related items including a tow vehicle for sale.
