WELCOME & MEET&GREET
Welcome & Meet and Greet Thursday.
We have a large group coming so we will need a tiny bit of organization. I know there is no way I can remember 45 or so names. We will keep it as simple as we can.
WELCOME & NAME TAGS.
Look for Our Montana. Hopefully we will be next to Steve Emmel. We are MOC 2839 and have a name plate.. Rich& Helen hanging on our hitch
We will have a table set up and will welcome you in and print up a name tag. If you have a name tag holder or name tag from another rally or whatever bring it along. I have not been able to find any cheap badge holders around here.
There will also be the sign up sheets for the pot luck dinner, golf outing tours, etc. We have a pretty big crowd and will need more items for the pot luck. I know that will not be a problem.
MEET & GREET
The met and greet will be Thursday around 7:30PM between Steve and our campers (hopefully) Coffee will be set up. Please bring snacks and finger foods, nothing fancy. Bring your own beverage.Bring your chairs.
We have a dry erase message board and will attempt to keep everyone updated on a daily basis
That is all I can think of…. Any suggestions????

We have lots of name tags from previous rallies. We'll just use those if that's okay.

Exactly Dennis. So do we and many other folks will also. I would have to order those plastic holders and there is not time to do that. We do have some blank name tags left over from other rallies but no holders.. I never thought you would have order those holders .

I think we have some extra holders--I will have to look --if only I remember where I may have put them. I will bring them If I find them

We have ours, Rich. I guess those paper stick on ones wouldn't work? They are so cheap, an MOCer could have a few of these throw-aways so they could make them as needed through the weekend.

We have many of those Hello My name is...... stick on name tags..but no holders. From looking at the attendee's many will have name tags from other rallies or events.

DON'T FORGET THE MEET AND GREET THURSDAY EVENNG..STOP BY OUR CAMPER TO SIGN IN AND GET NAME TAGS. iF YOU HAVE NAME TAGS OR HOLDERS BRING THEM.
