Slide adjustment

I need some advice.
I need to have my kitchen slide (3400) to raise a little higher when it start to come in.
The other slides are OK, as soon as they start to come in, they start to raise off the floor.
We put down a new floor and had to put 1/4" plywood underlayment in.
Thanks
