Mor/ryde hitch repair

I want to refurbish a mor/ryde hitch on a 3455SA Montana. I'm pretty certain that the innards are worn out (big change in the ride). Have any of you tried this?

MorRyde has different rating rubber inserts available. It's based on trailer weight and comfort level.

Mine are starting to come apart and two of the ends of the rubber cushions have already left the party.

The very most important part that we had not figured out is here, the torque values for re-install. The second most important was the specs for the rubber. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU. now i need to talk my grandson into some phisical labor.
