Lucky Eagle Casino - Rochester, WA

Hello,

Kris and I were just looking for a place to take a short trip and ended up at the Lucky Eagle Casino in Rochestor Washington. You can stay for free in certain areas, but just for the day. But they also have an RV area that you can pay to stay. When we signed up for the players club at the casino, we got some credit to play. They also refunded half of our four-night stay since we were staying in the campground. Rate was only $20/night anyway, but hey $40 is $40.

Simple concrete slabs, wi-fi, etc, no sewer but has a dump station.

We mainly used it as base camp and then went to Cabela's in Lacey, and some other short excursions. We're not gamblers really, but we did play some slots so as to be sure to give them some mony back for the disounts.

Huge Buffet of course, pretty good food too. There are other places to get food too, including a steak house.

When travelling south we usually stay there as it puts you past Seattle area traffic in the morning. It is a nice little campground and it has free wifi.

They also have a very good Friday night seafood buffet!!! Oysters, Dungeness, etc. Not sure what it costs, because DW's cousin treated us! They live close by. Very nice!! Enjoy.

How that area has changed. I grew up in Grand Mound on 20 acres that we sold for $8500. All the open spaces we played in are now houses and businesses.
