Woohoo Pictures finally - Dealer Mod #1

After three days of fighting, I finally have some pictures that can be put on the forum. There will be several posts initially, the first of which is the Winegard Travler Directv HD compatible satellite system that the dealer installed on the rig. Turn it on and there it goes. We will still carry the portable dish in case of obstructions, but I really like this system.
What it looks like from the outside:

And what it looks like on the inside:

The best thing that I have discovered is that Montana now has the satellite (cable) wiring run completely separate. What this means is that we have Directv and by changing the source on the television, we also have antenna feed at the same time. Cool!!

It is a great investment. We had one installed on the 17th of Sept. As I told a friend the only thing that gets wet during set up and take down is the dish. When tested at Camping World it was in an area with a lot of trees and it still found the satellite.

Joe,
Dual Zone Digital Thermostat. It has a built-in clock, is programmable for energy conservation, looks like a pretty cool deal, once I learn to use all of its functions. Is yours not the same???

No, mine is different. I can't remember the name of it, but it is a dual zone. Mine cannot be programmed for energy conservation. It is the same one that was in my 2002 Monaco Diplomat.

How did they run you satellite cables to the connections in the storage area?

What I was told is that the tech that did the satellite install only had to run the coax to the convenience center. The feeds from the satellite were then jumpered onto the existing feeds that are in the convenience center. This is what I was told anyway, in the next couple of weeks, during the addition of the Autoformer and the EMS, I will be in that area and will be able to see and photograph exactly how they did it. It won't be this weekend and probably not the next couple, have to pull the boat and get it winterized and laid up for the winter.
