Home Theater Update

In my first post about this I replaced my Home Theater with a Panasonic as the quest 4000 died. I have since contacted Team Montana about the problem and first they had me contact their supplier to see if they would do anything for me. They said if the Montana was off warranty so was the replacement Home Theater. I contacted Team Montana as they said to do again if nothing was done by the supplier. Team Montana is going to replace the Home Theater with the new 6000 model which is suppose to have Sony insides on a parts only no labour replacement. Score another one for Team Montana great customer service for those of us who's warranty is over.

I have to make a sideline comment on the "Sony Insides" statement. I do hope it’s true, but you should make one of your first videos to watch be "You Don't Mess With The Zohan" with Adam Sandler. There is a scene in this NYC electronics store where a bunch of scammer salesman are trying to push knock-off brand electronics to unsuspecting customers. One of the salesman is arguing with a customer that keeps saying that the DVD player is not the one advertised - the salesman keeps saying - "is OK - is OK - has Sony Guts!".

My DW was laughing out loud pointing at me because it wasn't that long ago I was telling her that the new Quest 6000 has "Sony Guts".
