Brakes, What brakes?
After checking the brakes on my 2008 Montana 3000RK I find that the square washer type of spacer on the actuator arm is not there, never has been! This means I have never had brakes on that one tire.
Have you checked yours?

Went with disk brakes so I don't have that anymore. Other issues possible , but not that.
