southeast Arizona

Likely going to Vegas for the SCI Convention at the end of the month. After it's over DW and I are considering touring around SW Arizona-want to hit Tombstone, Bisbee, etc. Any advice on where to stay (or not) and where to go and what to see/do would be greatly appreciated. TIA.

Would also hit some of the wineries around Elgin/Sonoita/Patagonia and Kartchner caverns. There is a nice state park near Kartchner with full hookups and within driving distance to Tombstone, Bisbee and Sonoita. Highly recommend reservations to visit the caverns - they are really worth seeing as one of the few caverns that remain in their natural state. You go through an air lock entering and leaving the system.

Also not too far away is the chi.. oh heck I gotta look it up ...chiricahua National Monument. Very interesting rock formations. It has a campground, but I think maybe 30 foot limit.
