Check with Dave Smith Motors in Kellogg, ID. They are supposed to be the largest RAM dealer in the country.

When I was shopping for ours, they not only had a couple of the trucks equipped like I wanted, but their price was lower than anyone else. The only problem is, you have to go get it to make it worthwhile. Shipping costs for me put their quote out of range. I ended up going to Texas to get mine which was an easy two day drive. I didn't have 5 days to get to Idaho and back. I see you're in Louisiana, but if you can make it up there (Idaho), it would probably be worth it. I called them instead of asking for an internet quote, much quicker that way. They will quote you a price and then email you a quote. If I remember right, I was able to get them further down IF I bought a unit they had in stock (they had two like I wanted).
I haven't had any problem getting service from any Ram dealer even though I didn't buy from them. In fact, the dealer I bought from "threw in" (Ha!) four oil changes. These was honored by a local Ram dealer.
Mine is a 2013 3500, single rear wheel, Laramie Crew Cab, 6.7L, 4x4 LB, Aisin trans., 3.40 rear end, Deep Cherry Red.
Good luck, you'll love your new truck!
