Some more Truck reading
Since it is COLD in the RGV, way too cold to go outside, found this to read if you got a few minutes.

And the bottom line, for those who don't want to wade through the reading is out of 3000 possible points, all three trucks scored within 100 points of each other. So no matter which one you pick, it should boil down to a matter of personal preference and not what your friend has or what Uncle Bob told you.

When you buy a new truck you should go test drive them all several times and get the one that is best for you. It doesn't matter what someone who test trucks thinks. That is a good place to start but they may not place as much value on certain things as you do. If you will go test drive them all you can find the best truck, best for you. We all won't something different and we can all have the best truck and they will all be different.

Yea, I read the whole thing, and agree with everyone. We were going from a pusher motorhome back to a 5th wheel. The last truck was a 2001 F350 DRW. There is a huge one up manship among all 3.
Nowhere in the "test" was the mention of someone with short legs, needing to have a flat lap for the dog to lay on. The one brand had a hump on the floor and made her lap not level. The other brand enabled her to have a flat lap.
We bought the one with a flat lap. Remember, Happy Wife.......
BTW, 46 today in the RGV, 70+ this weekend and no rain....

I knew when I went to buy my 2015 I was going to buy brand X. I knew it. Then I drove it and really didn't care for it. I drove brand Y and It felt best to me. They all have basically the same capabilities and specs plus or minus this and that. It simply came down to the one I liked best. It was nice to see it did well in the bake off tests but It wouldn't sway me to purchase a truck I didn't care for if it hadn't. I sure do wish I could have towed with all three but I couldn't even find a brand z in my desired config to test drive much less tow with.

IF it feels good to you when you are test driving it(and do that to all of them several times as stated above)and you can make a good deal on the price- go for it! They all are about the same, just cosmetics are the difference IMHO!! I went for the ride and the pulling power when I got mine!
