Retired Navy Arriving

Greetings to all. Retired Navy Master Chief Fire Controlman (MK-86). Wife is also retired navy Chief Personnelman. We retired to the mountains of Western North Carolina in 2015. Bought our first travel trailer in 2016, our second in 2020 and now our Montana in 2021. Wow, what a difference. We got the separate washer/dryer installed, so cool. Ordered the Onan 5500 generator in December and are still waiting for it. Got the Anderson Ultimate hitch which I absolutely love. Easy to install and remove, I can see the ball when hitching up. Absolutely no chucking, so smooth, and it hangs on the wall of my garage when not in use. We had a few bugs to work out of the new camper but that's all done now. It spent several weeks at a time in the shop until everything could be fixed. We love the unit now and have bee out in it several times to date. We found this forum which has a ton of information and we look forward to learning and contributing.

Navy Airdale here. I did 31 and retired in 1988 at the NAS Cecil Field, FL CPO club.

Our Everest is a Montana by another name.

Welcome Master Chief.
Congratulations on retirement.
Retired ATCS (AW). Formerly AQ (aviation fire control) before they merged.
I did a year an a half in Cecil Field before the F-18s moved to Virginia Beach Va. We were the first Squadron to move up north.
Looking forward to meeting with you all at the rallies
