Another 3120RL norcold question
Do these refers ever cycle. I put the refer on gas and listened as the gas flame was on for about 12 or 13 hours straight. Never cycled, nor did it freeze the lettuce (or anything else in the Refer) outside temp was about 65-68 degrees.
I put the refer on electricity. I don't think it ever cycled.
Any Ideas???

IF it does, I think its only when its chilly outside. Outdoor ambient temp has complete control over these fridges. And that's why here in the Florida summer heat we no longer have it anymore. changed out for a resedentual.

I'm fairly sure mine kicks off & on when running on gas, but we usually boondock in areas that are cool.

Assuming everything is working properly, the gas is only burning when the fridge is calling for cooling. Ours turns on and off as is needed.

That is how I think it should work. I have a service appointment for next Friday. I will see what they have to say about the way it is operating.
