New Electronic Furnace Remote

Anyone out there with the new remote controlled temperature control? My new 3400 seems to be off about 10 degrees and I need to know how to adjust it. When I set the furnace at 72 deg, it shuts off at 62 deg. If I have the A/C set at 80, it doesn't shut off until 70 deg. It was really confusing at first because I was putting the A/C in auto at 78 deg and it kept running even at 73 deg. It wasn't until the heat shut off at 62 that I made the connection. Hope someone has a simple solution. Thanks.

Rames14, any chance your dealer will swap you into a remote from another of his rigs so you can see if it does the same? Sorry, I'm not familiar with them otherwise. We have one of the old Montanas!

Haven't even contacted the dealer yet. Need to pick up our plates, so I will ask them while I'm there. Just thought I'd ask other owners if they ran into the same thing. I e-mailed Montana and they said I should contact the maker of the furnace. I know when you go to the Chevy dealer with a problem with the radio they don't say contact Delphi. Oh well. Thanks for the suggestion. Our dealer is really good (Rollin' On RV in Merrilville, Indiana), so I know it'll get fixed. Its just that we have a season 150 miles from the dealer.
