Good morning kids. Walt and Lynne there are not any Winery's right close by our area. However, if you are going from our place to Goshen there are quite a few between here and there, I will see what information I can get on them for you. Happy Trails, Steve and Susie

For those who are familiar with, but have never visited "Christmas City, Frankenmuth, Michigan" we are about 65 miles from there. It is a great day trip with many amenities, such as the famous Frankenmuth Chicken dinner, a Brewery or two, and of course Bronner's Christmas Village store. We could pack everyone in vehicles and take a day there if people are interested. It takes the better part of a full day to see and do everything along with the famous Chicken dinners.

8th - 13th works for us also, as we will definately be in Goshen early !

Also, Frankenmuth is a GREAT place to visit - our stick house is 20 mi from there. Think of it like the Essenhaus in Middlebury (near Goshen), but 20 times bigger!

Anyone that has not migrated south this year, we will be helping at Alice Springs RV Park and Resort booth at the Grand Rapids RV show, starting the 17th of January. Hope to have our Country CD done by then also, but no guarantees at this point, but will have flyer's, brochures and cards. Stop by and say howdy, would love to meet others, stuck in cold country this year--Lol. Steve and Susie

Hello Michael, I sure can give you info on the Grand Rapids show. You can bring up the show on line here, just put in Grand Rapids, MI RV show, and also I can tell you, the show is huge, is in the DeVos Place, 303 Monroe Ave, NW, Grand Rapids, MI 49503. We will be at the booth most all day on Friday the 18th, at the Alice Springs RV Park and Resort, booth number 1147, to the front right as you enter the center. Would be great to see you, and if you stop by the booth make sure you introduce yourselves to us. We will be passing out flyers for the Great Lakes Montana Rally as well as Brochures of our band gigs. Happy Trails, Steve and Susie

The dates for the Fall Rally in Goshen are September 25 (Wednesday) Through October 2 (Wednesday), 2013. As NCFishers wrote, sign ups will occur later when the rally gets closer.

Good afternoon everyone. Latest on Alice Springs is, they are now in the process of getting the Park ready for the 2013 season, however the phones will not be maintained constantly until the 15th of April when the Park opens officially. I could use some feedback here to start getting a count of units attending, and people per unit, with names, electric hook up, (50 or 30) and any special needs or ideas. When you call and register, make sure you tell them you are coming for the Great Lakes MOC Rally, 8 thru 13 August to get your special Rally Rates. Any and all help and ideas are welcome as we have never done this before, nor have we to this date even met a MOC'er. Anxious to meet some of you who are more local along the way this summer, and everyone else in August. Happy Trails, Steve and Susie

Great news Steve and Patti. Your first on the list. Will start getting thing organized here so I can post the people signed up, its been a terrible spring so far, nothing but rain-rain-rain. Happy trails, Steve and Susie

Okey here--trying to get my ducks in a row to repost each time someone signs up for the Great Lakes Rally. This is actually just a test run to see if it works the way I'm thinking, if not, look out Jim Fischer I'll be calling you--lol

Start a new topic with the list of attendees and you can edit it with more names as needed.

Great to have you signed up Quilterpat. We are getting things organized at this time and will start a separate thread posting everyone who is signed up. I am also from Cedar Springs, however have not lived there in a long time, class of 1960. We are at the park a lot during the week, and every Saturday for the Country Jams, stop in and visit. Happy Trails, Steve and Susie
