That's a good idea, to stack your stuff like that. Are those just plastic shelves? Did you anchor them to the floor of the basement?

The Plastic shelves are from Lowes I only used 4 legs and two shelves The other three shelves are in the gararge. They are secured with two screws to the wall nothing on the legs because I dident want to screw into the floor because the black tank is under it. The wire shelving is also from Lowes each shelf will hold 4 containers but only have 3 on each.

Perhaps, but my version goes like this:

I dunno, my desk was mostly organized clutter. But I am still amazed by a co-worker whose desk was piled high, and I mean it looked like a total mess, but he could find anything you asked for within seconds. Amazing recall. I always wanted to go in some night and move things around on his desk but never did.
I had our basement storage nice and organized. Then we had the fiasco trying to get out of the winter ice and snow and I just threw everything back in there. I keep telling myself I WILL reorganize it before the spring rally. If not, it's staying closed that whole week.

George-- Are the wire racks also anchored with legs? I tried to put some hooks on my basement wall and the screws, even with anchors, keep pulling out!  What's the trick to it guys?? Of course, I don't have the new full basement and my units a 2004 model but the walls seem awful thin and won't hold a screw!! At least the rear wall anyway!

My containers are all clear plastic so I can see inside...plus I tape a list of the contents on the outside.

Man, I guess I'm a slob. I can't see from one side to the other half the time. I do try and organize when we move after being static for awhile. I also have two large blue totes that I keep the small stuff in. I would like to insall the sliding shelves but I think they would take up too much room, plus I don't think I could use the extra weight.....What is a fella to do????? When I was at the Keystone service center last year and they weighed me I mentioned the '06 3400 was not made for a full timer, (I know Rich, none of them are), they suggested upgrading to a newer model to handle the extra weight.
I said, "What's the difference, we would just load them up anyway."

Just used the regular shelf supports with 3 screws in each up right. My walls seam to be made of plywood at least the front one. the back one is just regular paneling,
