Air conditioner
Is there any way you can adjust the air conditioner, so the air doesn't blow so hard in the Living room area. Also if we decide to get a 2nd air conditioner -- is it wired to do so, does it run off the same thermostat control. Thanks for any help on this.

The 2nd AC would not run off the same thermostat unless you specifically install it that way and pull low voltage wiring between the two AC units. Normal installations of the foward AC includes a non-ducted unit with a faceplate that has built in controls.
As for the the force of air in the living room - is your quick cool damper closed or open? This is a tab on the AC grille that allows you to close off the grille forcing air into the ducted vents. You open the grille to quickly cool down the living room, then close it to cool the rest of the rig.
