CB Antenna

Where do people mount them? I've put them on the bumper (won't work on this truck) and on the inside edge of the bed (won't work with the tonneau cover, either open or closed). That leaves the magnet antenna, which I have but don't particularly like. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

There are alos brackets available for mounting on the front fender (hood). Bracket is hidden under the hood where it attaches. Just another option to consider. I have had several over the years mounted this way.

Here is the same topic and info I posted using a trunk lip mount on the top edge of my door with pictures.

Good luck

I did the rear window mount on the truck, don't really like that, doesn't get out too far.
But it works.

You can also mount a trucker or 108" whip through the stake hole on the runners of your bed. There are already cutouts through the front of the bed and the cab. Just a thought.
