Window operator off track

Opened window opposite bathroom door on our new 3440RL and the lower window operator circular tbs came out of the indented track adhered to the window. I thought I would find a couple of openings in the track that would allow the circular disks to simply be pushed back into the track but no such luck. There does not appear to be an opening within reach of the arm travel limits. The ends of the track are open but that cannot be the only way to put the operator arm disks back into the track as it would require either the disassembly of the operator (??) or removal of the adhered track from the window. I think I must be missing something fairly obvious.

Your picture didn't load, but I'm betting the window was stuck to it's frame after assembly.

I had one that popped out too. It took some prying, but I did manage to get it back into the track. If there is a better way, I look forward to a reply as well.

cw3jason I just heard back from my dealer's service department and the "better" way you alluded to is to drill out the two rivets from the arm mechanism so that the disks can be reinserted into the ends of the track and then put two new rivets into the arms.
