Fan-Tastic Vent - Fantastic Company
I recently started a thread about a video on Montana quality. I didn't feel real good with the results as it turned out to be a free for all complaining, bashing, and venting about Montana. My comments here are about one of Keystone/Montana's suppliers, Fan-Tastic Vent.
I recently did a a pretty thourgh cleaning of our bath fan. After putting it back together it ran smooth and quiet for a day and quit. I took it apart again and tried to figure out if I did something wrong. No go. Won't work. Looked on various threads and forums, got lots of ideas, but none worked. I called Fan-Tastic Vent owned by Attwood Mobile Products which in turn is owned by Dometic. Anyways, talked to a lovely and helpful lady named Sharon. After discussing all the details, we couldn't figure out the exact cause of the problem except it's going to be one of 3 parts that went bad. She's sending me all three to make sure I get it working again soon at no charge. Wow, now that's service! It's nice to see customer service is alive and well with some companies still. I'm happy to see them as one of Montana's suppliers.

These folks have always had a great reputation. With the sale of the company, feedback I have seen indicates no change in customer focus

Yes, I had a positive experience with them last year. I called because my bathroom fan blades were warped and making noise. She sent the fan assembly, including new motor for no charge. All this after I told her the Montana was a 2010 and I am the 2nd owner. Great customer service, for sure.

They were always a great company. It's good the sale hasn't affected that.
