I think this is the link you are looking for, think its Ozz second post in this link.

If not either post again here, or send Ozz a PM.

Thank you but that was not it. I havent been able to find it anywhere!
I have some frozen pipes and tanks. If I can keep the fan running I can let the electric heaters do alot of the work without spending a fortune on propane.
Thanks
Mike

Hi Mike,
I have some pictures in Ozz's Mods, but I ran a set of wires to the furnace circuit board, picked up a 12 volt hot wire, then just piggy backed the fan connection. You can jumper it to check to see if you have it correct there. Hot wire, through the switch, back to the fan terminal.
I don't think it will keep them from freezing, as you will be circulating around 70 degree air, instead of the 90 or so with the furnace heat. The 70 degree air may not be enough down there, but the air temp down there can be checked with a remote sensor, fish one down around the tank area and see. Might work.

That is one mod I'd like to do with mine as well as having a two speed fan. If it was on low full time, it may just take care of things and not make so much noise?
I've also read of folks adding an elec heater down below (safety concerns addressed, of course).

I think I would want one mounted in the return air opening for heating that. It would have to have extra sail switches and safety's, and be in free air. I would be very cautious.

Got it done!
It took a bit to figure out how to get the circuit board out of the furnace. Had to unbolt all of the mounting screws and disconnect the exaust plate to move the furnace far enough away from the wall to get the board out. The wiring was super simple.
Thanks a ton Ozz!!!!

Well heck.... Thanks for the compliment Ozz, but I must have missed something........
Someting is not working quite like I want it to. The fan runs full time alright but the furnace will only run one heat cycle. The gas only runs once. Then I have to turn the whole unit off and on again before the furnace will heat again. Sail switch?

Something in the P.C. Board. I confess that I never run the furnace, as we heat with my Grainger heater. We are in South Padre with mild nights.
I would assume that a relay in the circuit would solve the cycling problem.
A reset relay is likely the Gremlin.... Built into the P.C. board.
Dang it, wish I could be more help.

I was thinking, just connect to the fan on the other side of the P.C. board, at the fan wires themselves, you might have to use a heaver switch and wire, you won't be going through the board with it's built in relay. That way you will by-pass the lock-out relay built into the board.
Amp the motor, and see if your switch will work, don't quote me, but I think it is 7 amps.
