flashlight charger connected to WH breaker?

Montana_70 Montana Master Join Date: Dec 2002 Location: Posts: 1,206 M.O.C. #70	flashlight charger connected to WH breaker? I have had my water heater breaker off because I'm waiting for a new element. Last night I went to use my flashlight and noticed the charge light is no longer on and light was dead. I was surprised because this was one thing that was constant and true in my old unit. I turned on the breaker but the charge light did not come on. Any opinions? fla native 2004 2980RL (Miss Montana) towed by 2001 Dodge diesel 3500 (LadyRam)
