For one night, we usually don't unhook. Disconnect power to truck, hook up water and electric and drop rear stabilizers. We usually don't drive more than 300 miles in one day and sometimes less than 200. Never have and never will use Walmart or truck stops. Trip is planned out in advance so we have the RV park already lined out. Full timing might be harder to do, but I like to know where are next stop is for the night.
